A New Concept in Training Management
Testing Centers focus on the individual and their ability to demonstrate they understand a given subject matter. Here is how it will work.... The Testing Administrator will assign Tests to employees, job classes or job names. When a person identifies themselves with their ID number, a list of the tests they have been assigned will be displayed and the proficiency level they are required to attain.
A person can go directly to a test and see if they can meet or exceed the assigned proficiency level. After a test has been completed it is submitted for evaluation. If a person meets the assigned proficiency they are notified of this (Test Summaries) as well as anybody else the Testing Administrator has configured to be notified. If they fail to meet their assigned proficiency level they are informed of this and which questions where found to have deficiencies.
Tests are based on the subject matter not an individual training program. To gain sufficient knowledge about a subject matter it may be necessary to take several training programs.
Test Knowledge
Testing Centers are places where employees go to test their knowledge about a particular subject matter. Testing Centers are associated with Knowledge Centers. There are 7 Knowledge and Testing Centers. Testing Centers are comprised of many different tests under health & safety, environmental and transportation management for management personnel, supervisors and employees.
All testing materials can be viewed and taken as many times as desired. Some tests are more comprehensive than others. It is up to the Testing Administrator to determine the level of proficiency they want to their employees to demonstrate.
Test Questions
Subject matter and content has been derived from regulatory agencies, universities and subject matter experts. Companies can add their own tests or test questions to the system, as they desire. |
